Essential Job Functions
• Track the onboarding process of new customers and ensure a great experience
• Troubleshoot common issues that customers send in
• Work through user issues to determine what the source of the issue is and how to best fix it.
• Ensure complex technical issues are handled in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate directly with our awesome team of developers to troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively to our customers.
Qualifications
• BA or higher
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with computer software and proficiency
• Passion for a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Self-starter and quick thinker who thrives in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations
• Proven track record of taking initiative to suggest and implement new ideas
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to relentlessly prioritize
COMPENSATION
$40,000 to $60,000 annually
